At JJ Fitness Line, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our fitness equipment and accessories. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Standard Returns
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in the same condition as received
- Item is in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts
- Tags and labels are still attached (where applicable)
- Item has not been assembled or installed (for equipment)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care items (yoga mats, resistance bands used/opened)
- Nutritional supplements and consumables (protein powders, vitamins)
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)
- Custom or personalized equipment
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at admin@jjfitnessline.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Step 2: Return Authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs and expedite replacement
- Large Equipment: Special arrangements may apply for heavy or oversized items
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Original payment method will be credited
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
5.2 Refund Amount
- Full Refund: Purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless item is defective or we made an error)
- Partial Refund: May apply if item is not in original condition, damaged, or has missing parts
6. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as returns followed by new orders:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Once we receive your return, we'll expedite processing of your refund
For defective items, contact us immediately - we'll expedite a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
7.1 Receiving Damaged Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged in shipping:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping costs
7.2 Defective Products
If your item is defective within 90 days of purchase:
- Contact us with your order details and description of the defect
- We'll provide troubleshooting assistance
- If defective, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
- No return shipping charges apply
8. Warranty Coverage
Many of our fitness equipment items come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 90 days to lifetime coverage. Warranty details are included with your product documentation. For warranty claims:
- Review the warranty card included with your product
- Contact us for warranty service coordination
- Keep proof of purchase for warranty claims
9. Preorder Items
Preorder items have special return conditions:
- Cancellations accepted up to 7 days before shipping
- Once shipped, standard return policy applies
- Prepayment refunds processed within 5-7 business days
10. Large Equipment Returns
For large fitness equipment (treadmills, power racks, etc.):
- Contact us before attempting to return
- We may arrange freight pickup
- Original packaging is strongly recommended
- Restocking fee of 15-20% may apply for assembled equipment
11. International Orders
International returns are subject to additional conditions:
- Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Contact us before shipping returns internationally
- Import duties paid are non-refundable
12. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply in the following situations:
- 15% restocking fee for opened large equipment
- 20% restocking fee for assembled items
- No restocking fee for defective or damaged items
13. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- Contact us immediately if you haven't received it
- We'll initiate a carrier investigation
- Resolution typically within 7-10 business days
- We'll work with you to ensure satisfaction
