Description

An upper chest and shoulder focused variation of the dumbbell press.

Instructions

1. Set the bench to a 30-45 degree incline 2. Hold dumbbells at shoulder height 3. Press the dumbbells up and slightly forward 4. Lower with control back to start 5. Repeat for desired reps
